Anyone ever had any rings made around here?
Is it usually cheaper if you start with another ring to use as source gold, or does it not really matter?
Is there someone in the PDX area that is game to make rings from existing rings?

Re: One ring to rule them all...
Wed, June 3, 2009 - 8:34 AMEquinox has been around for a long time, but depending on what you want to do, you might do it yourself (as one couple I know did). I'm no metallurgist, but the folks who did their own wedding rings carved them out of wax and then handed the wax casts to a jeweler, who did the actual casting and polishing. I would start by asking Equinox, www.equinoxjewelers.com -
