Hey where do you rent space at? Need to find somewhere that does monthly and will allow me to drum late

Hi, my name is Diane - I just moved to Portland and I play in a 2-piece kinda weird metal band. We're looking for a practice space to rent monthly (assuming the world doesn't end tomorrow haha) and I have had no luck finding one yet.

Most of the ones I have tried are either full or too expensive for us. Just stumbled across Tribes in my endless google searching and thought I'd see if anyone here could help me out. Are there any spaces available still at 7th and SE Market? Any other suggestions? I live off Burnside and 19th, but am willing to travel. I don't have a whole lot of gear, so space is not really an issue - just volume :)

I think the basement of Rotture rents band space. No idea if it has a name, though.

Hi, I have a live radio theater group and we are scrambling for a rehearsal space for this Saturday, 30th from noon to 4pm. We can pay something. We have 18 people involved, 6 piece band, 8 actors and some sound people. Is the space your talking about available and can it fit that many people? We don't need fancy, just room.

Hi Meg- new to this Tribe thing, so you will have to excuse me. I am just investigating rehearsal spaces for my band as well, and am wondering if your space is still available. We are called Keep Your Fork There's Pie, and up until a few weeks ago we had been rehearsing at a bandmate's home. She has a newborn now (yay!) and can't have the noise of a bass and drums waking him up all of the time. We are pretty well established in Portland, play regularly, and we have all had our shots and papers and whatnot. Anyway, here is my email address and my phone number if you still have this...
