He's the guy with the sign "WORLD PEACE THROUGH MARIJUANA" on one side, and his URL on the other side.

He stops people and offers them little papers with his url and "will you check out my website?? it's free. it's not religious, i promise." when they ignore him he yells, "Man, nobody wants world peace!" Quite an entertaining character!

I think his mission is awesome and he's doing a great job. He brings value to people by treating them as ones who desire world peace, and giving them an opportunity to do good. He documents their kindness on his voice recorder which he transcribes and is writing a book about it.
